These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website MarrakechTaxi.com, operated by ATLAS WINGS LLC (Wyoming, USA), in coordination with its operational branch ATLAS WINGS SARL (Morocco). By booking a service, you enter into a binding agreement with Atlas Wings.
1. Corporate Structure & Licensing
Billing & Administration: All financial transactions and platform management are handled by ATLAS WINGS LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA.
Service Execution: Physical transportation services are executed by ATLAS WINGS SARL, a professional transport company duly licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Transport.
2. Scope of Services
We provide pre-arranged private ground transportation, including:
- Airport and Port Transfers.
- Inter-city private transfers.
- Chauffeur-driven tours and excursions.
- Note: We are a direct transport provider. We do not offer hotel bookings or flight intermediation.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered legally binding only when:
- Full payment or a designated deposit is processed.
- A formal “Booking Confirmation” email is dispatched to the client.
4. Pricing & Payment
All rates are fixed at the time of booking. Prices include vehicle, driver, fuel, and applicable transport taxes. Payments are securely processed via our US entity (ATLAS WINGS LLC) using SSL-encrypted gateways.
5. Governing Law
- Payment Disputes: Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
- Service Performance: Governed by the transport regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco.
