REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At ATLAS WINGS LLC, we strive to provide reliable and punctual service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our operational teams.

1. Deposit Policy

Certain bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation.

All deposits are non-refundable.

The deposit covers:

  • Administrative and processing costs
  • Vehicle allocation and driver scheduling
  • Reservation of your time slot, preventing other bookings

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit portion of your payment is final and non-refundable, except in cases where the service is canceled by ATLAS WINGS.

2. Cancellation Windows

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

If the full amount has been paid in advance, the following applies to the remaining balance (total price minus the non-refundable deposit):

✅ Balance Refund (100%) : If cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the remaining balance will be refunded.

❌ No Refund : No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before pickup
  • Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location (“No-Show”)
  • Incorrect pickup details provided by the customer

3. No-Show Definition

A booking is considered a “No-Show” if:

  • The customer does not appear at the scheduled pickup location and time
  • The customer cannot be reached using the contact details provided
  • The customer fails to inform us of changes in arrival time

For airport pickups, drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after actual flight landing time unless otherwise agreed.

4. Flight Delays & Monitoring

We monitor flights in real time for airport transfers.

  • No additional charge for reasonable flight delays
  • If a flight is canceled, the customer must inform us immediately to reschedule

Failure to notify us may result in the booking being treated as a No-Show.

5. Service Inability

If ATLAS WINGS is unable to provide the confirmed service due to operational issues or force majeure, and no suitable alternative is available, a full refund of the total amount (including deposit) will be issued.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Payment Authorization

By completing a booking, the customer authorizes ATLAS WINGS LLC to charge the agreed amount for the reserved transportation service in accordance with this policy.
