REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At ATLAS WINGS LLC, we strive to provide reliable and punctual service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our operational teams.
1. Deposit Policy
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. This deposit covers administrative costs and the guaranteed reservation of your vehicle and driver, which prevents other bookings for that time slot.
- By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that the deposit portion of your payment is final.
2. Cancellation Windows
If you have paid the full amount upfront, the following applies to the remaining balance (total price minus the non-refundable deposit):
- Balance Refund (100%): If the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- No Refund (0%): If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the pickup time, or in the case of a “No-Show.”
3. Flight Delays & Tracking
We provide “Peace of Mind” monitoring. If your flight is delayed:
- We track your flight in real-time.
- There are no extra charges for reasonable delays.
- Drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes after the actual flight landing time.
4. Service Failures
In the rare event that ATLAS WINGS is unable to provide the service (e.g., vehicle breakdown or force majeure) and no alternative can be provided, a full refund of the total amount (including the deposit) will be issued.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
